Ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a talented QS to join our team and help manage the commercial and financial aspects of exciting projects. What You’ll Be Doing: Reviewing and agreeing variations with clients and subcontractors. Preparing and processing payment applications. Keeping a close eye on project costs, cash flow, and margins. Supporting the team to ensure projects meet or exceed financial targets. Administering contracts and assisting in the management of project growth. Attending meetings and building relationships with clients and stakeholders. Identifying cost-saving opportunities and ways to improve processes. What You’ll Need: A degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Around 5 years’ experience, ideally in the construction or offshore sector. A solid understanding of contracts and strong commercial awareness. Great communication and negotiation skills. A proactive attitude and the confidence to work with clients and subcontractors.
