Senior/Lead Sustainability Consultant Location: Kent Working arrangements: Hybrid / Flexible Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 DOE About the Role: My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Principal/Lead Sustainability Consultant to join their Building Services and Sustainability Consultancy. There is opportunity for someone to grow into a leadership role, or for those with previous experience, take this on from the start. The successful candidate will be responsible for: SAP and SBEM Assessments Sustainability Statements Thermal Comfort Modelling Whole Life Carbon Assessments Circular Economy Statements Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage sustainability projects, ensuring high-quality delivery. Develop and implement sustainability strategies and solutions. Conduct detailed assessments and provide expert advice on sustainability issues. Prepare and present sustainability statements and reports. Perform thermal comfort modelling and whole life carbon assessments. Develop circular economy statements and strategies. Mentor and help build a team of sustainability professionals. Requirements: Proven experience in sustainability consultancy, particularly in SAP, SBEM, and thermal comfort modelling. Strong knowledge of whole life carbon assessments and circular economy principles. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to lead projects and manage a team.
