Job Description

Electronics Engineer – Cambridge - £45,000 - £60,000 pa A global manufacturer in the Automotive industry are looking for an Electronics Engineer to join their R&D team. After already having major growth in 2024, they still have excellent project pipeline and more growth plans for 2025. You will be designing the Electronics Hardware for leading products using in the Motorsport & Commercial vehicles sectors. Responsibilities: Development of Electronics System Architecture, adhering to automotive industry standards and processes Analogue & Digital Circuit design, testing, analysis & documentation Hardware de-bugging, testing, validation & verification Design documentation Key Skills/Experience: HND/Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or another relevant discipline PCB design & layout Analogue & Digital Electronic Design & Simulation Electronics test & prototyping Hardware de-bugging Engineering documentation Microcontrollers & Peripherals Communication interfaces (SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet etc.) Any of the following is nice to have/desirable: Experience in the automotive industry Knowledge or experience with regulated environments and associated standards Reliability analysis/FMEA DFM (Design for Manufacture) Design for EMC Software design for test development Benefits: Private Health Insurance Pension Bonus (8-15%) If you are interested in the position and think you have the skills required as an Electronics Engineer, please don’t hesitate to apply.
