This English Academic Mentor role requires an individual who is: Minimum of a 2:1 degree from a Top 20 UK University. Good grades at A-Level and GCSEs in English related subjects Previous child centred or tutoring experience. Passion and commitment to aid students in the lead up to the exam period English Academic Mentor role commencing January 2025 English Academic Mentor role summary: Plan and teach English lessons to KS3 & KS4 students (with KS5 option) Receive mentorship and training from an outstanding English department Assist Years 7-13 students applying to Russell group and Oxbridge Universities Support students in a classroom setting, 1:1, and through small group interventions Increase academic progression of students.
