Job Description
We are looking for an organised and proactive admin assistant to join our small office team and provide vital administrative support. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys keepings things running smoothly. Key Responsibilities General office admin including purchase ledger, invoicing and data entry. Taking phone calls and greeting visitors. Supporting other team members with any ad-hoc tasks as and when required. What We're Looking For Previous experience in an admin role including purchase ledger duties is highly desirable. Strong organisation and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) plus training will be given for using our Pegasus Opera accounting software. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. A freindly, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
