Trainee Internal Sales Manager

A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Trainee Internal Sales Manager for a permanent role on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing company based in Basildon. Duties and responsibilities: Assisting the sales team in achieving targets. Processing orders, quotations, and invoices. Handling customer inquiries and complaints. Supporting internal communication between sales and other departments. Managing customer accounts and ensuring satisfaction. Following up on leads and maintaining relationships with clients Monitoring sales metrics and generating reports. Analyzing market trends to suggest improvements Undergoing training in sales techniques, leadership, and management. Learning company products, services, and operational processes. Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). A degree in business, marketing, or a related field (often preferred). Sales experience is a plus but may not always be required for entry-level trainee roles Enthusiastic and goal-oriented. Eagerness to learn and adapt. Team player with leadership potential. Starting Salary : £30,000/ annum Job Type: Full-time Pay: From £30,000.00 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm ADZN1_UKTJ
