The ideal candidate will have strong server administration experience, background in technical support to at least a 2nd Line level, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As the IT Systems Engineer… Key Responsibilities: • Server Administration: Maintain and optimize Microsoft servers, apply updates, and ensure system reliability. • Technical Support: Provide 1st & 2nd line support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. • Backup Solutions: Implement and manage backups using VEEAM, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of IT systems engineering experience. • Base level proficiency in SQL • Experience in VEEAM backup management. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to drive for occasional client site visits.
