The Role Construction Litigation Associate - Up to £85,000 salary This is a fantastic opportunity to join a renowned international top tier Legal 500 firm who are seeking to expand its Construction team by bringing in a skilled Associate to enhance its service offering and strengthen its market presence. The firm delivers expert advice to a diverse client base, including multi-national corporations, public sector bodies, and FTSE100 companies. The Construction team frequently handles large-scale disputes involving transport, engineering, energy, and infrastructure projects globally. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, motivated by complex challenges, and eager to contribute to the growth and success of this department. The role demands specialist expertise and substantial experience in construction disputes, including adjudications, arbitrations, JCT contracts, and a strong understanding of standard forms.
