Job Description

Frazer Jones are partnered exclusively with a leading Wealth and Financial Advisory organisation on the growth of their high-performing Human Resources team in the City of London. This is a brand new role, working in harmony with another Senior HR Business Partner and reporting into the Director, owning their Corporate Functions client group of circa 500 employees end-to-end. This role supports the delivery of key objectives in context of the people agenda with a focus on organisational design and development, complex employee relations and the ability to work in a fast-paced, everchanging environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating as a Senior HR Business Partner for 10 years and familiarity working in industries such as Retail with consistent pace, timelines and complexity. This role will provide commercially focused and pragmatic solutions for all employment related matters, ensuring people plans and activities are integrated consistently and coaching managers to foster positive working relationships with employees. Responsibilities: To work collaboratively and commercially as an integral part of business area management teams, influencing the development and delivery of the people strategy in support of the achievement of the overall business objectives. Manages relationships and expectations to provide proactive, commercially sound insights and flexible solutions to address HR challenges across the organisation. Advise and coach managers through a range of employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, and capability matters. To support the effective implementation of change management initiatives, including medium to large acquisitions and business transformation projects, minimising ER impacts. Understands and applies the company’s approach to compensation; manages the compensation review and benchmarking activities for their business area Create and contribute to Policy and Process development to ensure HR processes and practices are fully compliant with legal and regulatory frameworks. Requirements: Proven experience operating as a Senior HR Business Partner for 10 years. In depth knowledge of UK employment law and experience in resolving complex people related issues. Understanding of the regulatory framework affecting financial services and/or professional services. Strong commercial and business acumen in order to assess risk and opportunities for the organisation. Experience working in retail is hugely beneficial. What's in it for you?
