The Role Property Litigation - Senior Associate - Up to £85,000 salary This Legal 500 regional firm is looking for an additional Senior Associate to join their award-winning property disputes teams in Greater Manchester. The team represents private and public landlords, property investors, developers, retail organisations, private individuals and agricultural clients. The ideal candidate will handle adverse possession claims, Land Registry indemnity claims, occupiers litigation, boundary disputes, agricultural disputes, complex claims involving telecommunication litigation, breach of lease, dilapidations and forfeitures. There is an abundance of instructions into the team, so an existing caseload is available from day one, although there will be an expectation to participate in business development activities.
