Senior Social Worker - Family Help Service

South West London local authority are looking for Social and Senior Social Workers to join their Family Help Service. This is a Full-Time Permanent Social Work role offering up to £51,127 per annum and £5,000 welcome bonus. About The Team: Social workers within this service benefit from small teams, regular supervision and a caseload that allows them to spend time with children and young people building relationships. You will be a valued member of the team and encouraged to be a leader and champion of exemplary practice. Key Responsibilities: Support children and their families through consistent relationships and skilled interventions, rooted in systemic practice. Work with families to co-produce child and family assessments, and build family led plans under Child in Need and Child Protection frameworks, as well as in care proceedings. About You: Experience of working across voluntary and statutory agencies with applied knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance. An excellent communicator and collaborator who is compassionate and understands the needs of children and young people. Car Driver and Access to a vehicle is desirable. BA(Hons) in Social Work and to be registered with Social Work England (SWE). What’s On Offer?
