Role: Architectural Technologist / Senior Architectural Technologist Type: Permanent Location: Newcastle upon Tyne Salary: £28,000 - £45,000 DOE CDM Recruitment is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join an award-winning, multidisciplinary architecture practice based in Newcastle upon Tyne. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience: 3 years of post-qualification professional experience. Education: A degree in Architectural Technology or a relevant qualification. Skills: Proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD is essential. Expertise: Experience in producing detailed construction and planning application drawings. Site Knowledge: Hands-on site experience, including project inspections and contract management. Regulations: A strong understanding of UK Planning and Building Regulations. Key Responsibilities: Work in a Revit & BIM environment. Assist with running and overseeing projects. Produce detailed technical drawings accurately and efficiently. Liaise with clients and project team members. Prepare planning applications and building regulation drawings. Conduct site surveys and evaluate site conditions. Chair design and project meetings.
