Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive 3 -5 years PQE up to circa £60,000 dep on experience – Surrey/hybrid working Our client is a well-established, traditional, and friendly local firm of solicitors with two offices in Surrey. With a proud history spanning over 100 years, they have built a strong reputation, with the majority of their work coming from recommendations by satisfied clients. Due to a planned retirement next year, they are seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with approximately 3-5 years PQE. However, they are open to considering candidates with experience outside this range. The role Joining a team of 5, you will manage your own caseload across a broad spectrum of private client matters which may include: Will drafting, both simple and complex Estate and tax planning Inheritance Tax & Capital Gains Tax advice Trusts Probate and Estate Administration Lasting Powers of Attorney What they are looking for?
