National Account Manager

We are working with a fantastic family-owned Food and Drinks manufacturer who are looking for an Account Manager to join the team Salary: £45,000 - £50,000pa plus £4200 car allowance Bonus: 20% Ways of working: 1 day per week on site. The role This dynamic role will focus on taking commercial leadership across both end user and route to market for the brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the development of the brand in market, managing pre-existing accounts, and driving new business through strong relationships and a category-led approach. You'll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to build broad, cross-functional relationships and deliver growth. This role demands excellent communication skills, a commercial mindset, and a proven ability to drive business growth across diverse customer segments. You We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused individual with strong commercial instincts and experience in the FMCG sector. You'll be a team player, with great communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships. You’ll bring a proven track record of generating new business, managing accounts, and owning P&L responsibility.
