Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive – Milton Keynes 2 years PQE Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 Location: Milton Keynes Firm: Multi office regional firm Experience: 2 PQE Work Options: Hybrid/Flexible Oculus Legal Group is currently working with a prestigious Multi Office Regional law firm based in Milton Keynes. This firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team who prides themselves on the quality of their exceptional service. The firm encourage a collaborative workplace that values support, teamwork, and continuous professional development. Key Responsibilities: Represent a range of high value clients on all aspects of property law. Manage a caseload of files including commercial leases/occupiers, landlord and tenant matters, freehold and lease hold acquisitions and disposals, grants of easement and property finance. Collaborate effectively within a team and manage client relationships successfully. Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and introducers. Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements. Skills and Experience: Extensive experience in commercial property, including complex aspects. Strong knowledge of referral arrangements and compliance issues. IT literate with a willingness to embrace system improvements for efficiency. Proven experience in building relationships with new and existing clients and professionals.
