Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer – 4 years PQE - Cambridgeshire Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 Oculus Legal Group is currently partnering with a reputable Top 100 law firm based in Cambridge looking for a Residential Property Solicitor. About the Role: This role is suitable for a skilled Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with 4 years PQE. You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, from sales and purchases to transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and lease extensions. Key Responsibilities: Handling residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including complex cases. Advising on freehold and leasehold purchases, sales, and lease extensions. Assisting with the development of junior members of the team, contributing to the growth and success of the team. Actively participate in business development opportunities growing the residential property offering. Preparing and reviewing legal documents, title deeds, and Land Registry documents. Providing exceptional client care and developing strong client relationships. Candidate: At least 4 years of PQE in residential property law. Excellent client care skills and an eye for detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy, supportive environment.
