Job Description
Partnering on this Client Service Executive role with a highly successful and well-regarded active Investment Manager. Working within a collaborative and inclusive team of four, you will support the ongoing service delivery to both institutional and intermediated clients. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Day-to-day management of client requests/enquiries • Onboarding/KYC • Client Reporting • Distributor due diligence oversight • Distribution agreement management • Engaging proactively with internal Institutional and Intermediates Sales teams, other internal teams and third-party service providers Experience required: • 12 months experience within Investment Management servicing intermediated/institutional clients • Awareness and understanding of Consumer Duty • Exceptional interpersonal skills, confident dealing with internal stakeholders, external service providers and clients alike • Proactive with a desire to develop skills and provide best in class service This position is suited to someone looking for their second role post-graduation and will provide you with visibility and access to senior stakeholders and support your ongoing career development.
