Youll help them with daily needs such as personal care, medication, and accessing community activities. This could include going to appointments, shopping, or engaging in fun activities like going to the gym, cinema, bowling or even a night club. Shifts Available: Day Shifts : Earlies (7am - 2pm), Lates (2pm - 10pm), or Long Days Waking Night Shifts : 10pm to 7am (with occasional flexibility to 8am) Full time and Part-Time contracts available : Must be able to work a minimum of 24 hrs per week (3 shifts) This role involves lone working, so youll need to feel comfortable working independently. What Were Looking For To succeed as a Support Worker at Progress, you should: Have experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities Be comfortable working across various locations, including Halesowen, Dudley, and Brierley Hill (driving is beneficial but not essential) Be empathetic, reliable, and dedicated to supporting young adults with disabilities About Progress With 24 years of experience, Progress provides Residential, Supported Living, and Fostering services for children and young adults with learning disabilities across the Midlands.
