Dynamics 365 Solution Architect - INSIDE IR35 Glasgow (Hybrid) Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension) Start Date: ASAP About the Role: My client, a global Consultancy, are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to join their team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement scalable and highly available architectures for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the wider Dynamics 365 suite. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions while adhering to best practices and governance standards. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to analyse requirements and design appropriate solutions. Guide technical teams in building functionalities within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent). Design and implement enterprise integration patterns to connect external and internal systems using Azure components such as Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and ADF. Oversee system security configurations, governance controls, and production environment administration for Dynamics 365. Manage data migrations, including analysis, mapping, and harmonization using OOB and third-party tools. Ensure delivery of scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with product roadmaps and best practices. Lead technical workshops with business and technology partners to define and develop architecture solutions. Provide go-live deployment support and post-production enhancements. Skills and Experience Required: Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Service) and familiarity with the broader Dynamics 365 suite. Strong experience in designing scalable Dynamics 365 architectures with secure configurations and OOB features. Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure DevOps , and related architecture practices. Hands-on experience with C#.Net, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, and MSD Developer Toolkit. Knowledge of integration architecture and tools like KingswaySoft, Talend, Scribe, REST, ODATA, Web APIs, and SSIS packages. Experience with Azure cloud components (Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Blob Storage, Active Directory). Strong reporting experience using SSRS and knowledge of Power BI . Familiarity with data migration, analysis, and harmonization using both OOB and third-party tools. Agile development expertise with a focus on iterative delivery and testing. Exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Dynamics and Azure certifications are highly desirable.
