About The Role: Drive the evolution of ServiceNow plug-ins such as Content Calendar and Content Matrix. Champion the transition to a self-service model, leveraging analytics to enhance efficiency. Build and maintain the My Hub general knowledge base, ensuring high-quality, actionable content. Foster engagement through content schedules, daily moderation, and support escalation.
