The Role We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Maths Teacher with QTS to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals, including teaching assistants and SEN specialists, to support our students' individual learning needs. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver inspiring Maths lessons tailored to a range of abilities and learning styles. Differentiate teaching strategies to meet the needs of students with SEN, ensuring progress for all. Use innovative approaches to make Maths accessible, enjoyable, and meaningful for students. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to create personalized learning plans (EHCPs). Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student well-being and confidence. Assess, record, and report on students' progress, celebrating their achievements and identifying areas for development. What We're Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Proven experience teaching Maths, ideally within an SEN or inclusive setting. A genuine passion for working with students with special educational needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creativity, adaptability, and resilience in a dynamic learning environment. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students.
