Senior Environmental Planner/ EIA Co-ordinator

We are looking for an experienced Senior Environmental Planner / EIA Co-ordinator to join a dynamic team of environmental and planning professionals. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while supporting the team’s growth and success. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and Environmental Statement (ES) reporting. Support the planning and delivery of projects across various sectors, including renewables, residential, and industrial developments. Liaise with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment. Review and integrate specialist inputs from multi-disciplinary teams. Prepare technical documents such as EIA Reports, Planning Statements, and Pre-Application Consultation Reports. Contribute to business development efforts, including preparing bids and securing new opportunities. Requirements A degree in Environmental Planning, EIA, Town Planning, or a related discipline (BSc or MSc). Membership in IEMA or RTPI (Graduate or Associate level). Proven experience delivering projects through the planning system, including EIA coordination. Strong understanding of UK planning systems and EIA best practices. Excellent report writing and stakeholder communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively and work across multiple projects. Full UK driving license.
