Product Manager

A Product Manager is required for a manufacturer in the Romsey area. The role will take ownership of and to champion the companies product and service offerings. This role would suit a candidate who is able to demonstrate a balance of engineering and commercial aptitudes and preferably with some work experience within a comparable role. Product Manager Key Requirements Recognised Product Management qualifications and/or degree in mechanical or production engineering disciplines. Or a proven track record and practical experience in related roles. · Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, stakeholders, and suppliers. Communication is essential to align teams and drive successful product outcomes. · Familiarity with mechanical solutions would be advantageous. · Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and deliver results. · Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
