The appointee does not necessarily need to bring a client following, as they will be expected to nurture an existing client group and use their already developed relationship skills to network and build on the back of the teams exceptional reputation. The Ideal Candidate: 10 Plus PQE: The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience as a qualified lawyer, demonstrating a deep understanding of legal practice. Experience as a Partner : Prior experience as a partner within a law firm indicates the ability to take on a leadership role and contribute significantly to the firm's success.
