This B-Corp company are seeking a Product Manager who is innovative and thrives in an ambitious environment, to play a pivotal role in driving operational innovation. What will this role look like? Product Roadmapping: Own and refine the product roadmap, align short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals. Feedback Analysis: Gather, analyse, and prioritise feedback from users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive improvements. Feature Prioritisation: Use prioritisation frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW, Kano Model) to balance business needs, technical constraints, and objectives. Stakeholder Communication: Ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the product lifecycle. Which of your skills will be used? Product Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile, Design Sprints, and other frameworks. Experience on GCP cloud is desired, but AWS and Azure expertise is fine. Design Collaboration : Familiarity with tools to align stakeholders and solve problems collaboratively. Communication Excellence: Convey product visions and decisions clearly. Sustainability Advocacy: Promote sustainable practices in product development. Benefits: This position is mid – senior level position, and the client is offering up to £65,000 DOE. 23 days holiday annual leave with the option to buy 5 days.
