Corporate Paralegal

This role involves providing comprehensive support to the General Counsel and broader legal and compliance teams. You will work closely with the General Counsel on governance and compliance tasks, while also assisting the AML Officer and other team members with legal and operational responsibilities. Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating the entity tracker system, forming and dissolving entities globally, and handling AML/KYC requests. You will draft operating agreements, corporate minutes, and other documents for the organisation’s entities. The role also includes liaising with external counsel on employment, immigration, and corporate matters, as well as assisting with deal processes for credit and venture capital transactions. Additionally, you will take part in legal and compliance projects, such as reviewing global employment and privacy policies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws in jurisdictions where the firm operates, and conducting legal surveys to support operational compliance.
