Job Description

SF Recruitment are pleased to be working with a great client to recruit for a part time accounts assistant. This role is predominantly office based and part time hours at 20 per week, but these can be split to be flexible for each candidate across days and times. Working collaboratively with a small team and reporting into a Finance Manager you will be required to look at the below transactional duties: - Purchase & Sales ledger processing - Cashbook processing & reconciliation of bank statements - Handle queries related to accounts payable and receivable. - Monthly Payroll Processing and administration - Petty cash postings. - Balance sheet reconciliation - Producing monthly accruals and prepayments.
