Engineering Manager, leading team in production to deliver excellent maintenance service and excellent benefit Your new company Engineering Manager job in the Dungannon area for an excellent local employer who offers investment in your career and potential growth. They offer a fantastic benefits package and an interesting and varied role leading the team in production maintenance, KPI delivery and budget control. Your new role Leading a team of multi-skilled engineers in all aspects of production maintenance service. You will have responsibility to deliver KPI's for the department, plan projects and managing the weekly maintenance budget. This is a day-based role but covering shifts. So, on a three-week rotation you will work early days, normal days and later days but no nights. What you'll need to succeed Minimum of level three qualification in either electrical or mechanical maintenance and some experience in people leadership What you'll get in return This is a fantastic company giving you real career potential.
