Sales Support Executive

Account Management Executive Our rapidly growing Hereford based client is seeking an Account Management Executive to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will join a busy team of ambitious and service driven professionals, responsible for supporting the sales team whilst maintaining strong customer centric relationships. You can expect: Salary: Highly competitive , depending on experience Commission structure available after completion of probationary period Ongoing growth opportunities Working hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday- Friday - office based (30minutes for lunch) Training programme Office based with a great team culture and a strong family spirit What you will be doing: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues effectively Focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, building positive relationships Offering support to external/internal sales professionals, assisting with quoting and admin-based tasks to aid efficiency Interacting positively with customers following-up quotations and order processing Working with the sales team, to develop opportunities, ensuring all opportunities are followed through. Assisting with in-bound calls and enquiries What we are looking for: Prior administration experience within a sales environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively Ability to work within a small driven team Experience of working across multiple systems including ERP systems and CRM sales tools Recruitment Direct are working as an employment business in relation to this vacancy, you must have legal right to work in UK to apply
