ROLE PROFILE: Diary management and meeting organisation. Prepare agendas for meetings; taking notes and ensuring actions are tracked. Support the Directors in project work & ensure deadlines are met. Booking and arranging travel for Directors. Managing expenses. Supporting Directors in drafting business contracts. Creating professional presentations for client meetings. PERSON PROFILE: Experience working within a similar role. Versitile approach to work and a sports enthusiast. Creative mindset and passionate about working with a likeminded team. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Highly organised with excellent communication skills. Creative problem solver. High levels of discretion and confidentiality. Ability to work under pressure.
