Production Manager

We are working with our client who are a world class manufacturing business based in Cramlington in their search for a production manager. This is an opportunity to join a multinational, established business in a key role where you will be responsible for managing manufacturing output of the assembled products. You also get every other Friday off in this role. Responsibilities: • Lead the production team to meet KPI’s and delivery targets • Analyse production data and report to stakeholders accurately • Mentor and develop direct reports • Continuous improvement initiatives • Ensure employees are trained and up to date • Ensure safety standards and company practices are adhered to • Communicate goals and objectives to the wider team on a daily/weekly basis and monitor The Person: • Proven track record and experience working as a production manager • Able to work in a fast-paced environment • Experience managing up to 150 reports • Excellent communication skills Benefits: • Excellent progression within an established company • Every other Friday off • Enhanced pension • Holiday buy/sell • 50-55k annual salary
