This is an exciting opportunity to work with top-tier retailers, grocers, and savers , managing key accounts and driving growth within a fast-paced and dynamic industry. About the Role As a Junior Account Manager, you will: Develop and manage relationships with retailers, grocers, and savers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize account performance. Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, etc.) to deliver seamless client experiences. Support the creation and execution of account plans, promotions, and campaigns tailored to each client’s needs. Handle day-to-day account management tasks, including resolving queries and ensuring on-time delivery. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need: 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role ideally within the beauty, FMCG, or retail sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills with a knack for building relationships. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. A passion for the beauty industry and staying on top of trends. Proactive and organized , with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
