Support Worker

Stroud Care Services has provided over 25 years of experience supporting individuals to maintain independence in their Residential and Supported Living homes. Our primary focus is on individuals with Mental Health diagnosis and /or Learning Disability, and the conditions that can come along with these. We pride ourselves in our positive approach to individual support for each person, ensuring they are involved in their daily choices, to make certain they live a meaningful life, with opportunities, experiences, and independence. We are looking for proactive, friendly and dedicated Support Workers to join us, who will enjoy a job where no two days are the same. The ideal candidates will be required to have the skills and knowledge and preferably experience of working within a similar setting, although this is not completely necessary as full training will be given. Our ideal candidate is always looking to learn and adapt to meet the needs of our clients. We offer good rates of pay, various shift patterns are available. This includes working every other weekend on a rolling 2 weekly shift pattern. Full and Part time roles available. Positions available in Stroud and Stonehouse. ADZN1_UKTJ
