Receptionist

Role: Receptionist Location: Central Glasgow Rate: £11.44p/h Hours: Office is open Monday to Friday, shifts are either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm We are currently recruiting for a receptionist on a temporary basis for our client based in central Glasgow, near Queens Street Station. We need a receptionist that is available to start work on Thursday, 12th December 2024 - Cover will be needed until up until Christmas and then possibly in the new year. Receptionist duties will include: Meeting and greeting visitors Ensuring guests sign in/out of the building Issuing security badges Dealing with queries both face to face and via the phone Managing reception inbox Management of meeting rooms Dealing with taxi's and couriers Sign-posting guest to correct floors etc. The ideal candidate will have experience in the same or similar role with outsanding customer service.
