Handyperson/Maintenance Operative Facilities Maintenance Client Details Private sector organisation with a large commercial facility Description General repairs and maintenance on the facility Use hand tools to fix issues to maintain the buildings in a good state of repair Additionally, you will assemble furniture, hang pictures, and install shelves Use the Building Management System, maintain accurate records of property assets You will assist the Workplace Manager in monitoring service standards for Security, Cleaning, Catering, M&E, and other suppliersProfile You have experience working within various disciplines, including building and equipment maintenance, security, catering, cleaning, grounds maintenance, and post room operations . You possess a good awareness of health, safety, and environmental requirements, along with an understanding of technical services and premises managementJob Offer 3 month temporary contract - possibility to extend 35 hours per week
