Top 50 international firm Property Litigation Associate/ Senior Associate Solicitor A top international practice are looking for an experience Property Litigation solicitor to join their established 2 Partner team in Bristol, collaborating with the wider team of 50 fee earners across the US and UK. As this team is so busy, they are looking for an experience lawyer, with 5 PQE within property disputes, with a focus on commercial matters. The team advise a wide spectrum of clients, including Landlords and Tenants on a range of disputes including: dilapidations; contractual and development disputes; restrictive covenants and easements; telecoms code disputes; possession claims; insolvency disputes The teams client base ranges from public sector companies to national retailers and developers.
