Role Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Services Manager to join a dynamic team in a well known charity. This role is integral to the improvement of housing services for vulnerable people, requiring a candidate passionate about making a difference in the homeless and substance misuse sector. Key Responsibilities Enhance operational systems and processes in housing services Build partnerships with external agencies for coordinated support Promote financial literacy among residents and oversee payments Lead, support, and train team members to reach full potential Be part of the property management processes, budgets, and compliance measures Requirements Experience supporting vulnerable populations, particularly those facing complex challenges. Expertise in mental health, addiction recovery, and harm reduction strategies. Proven ability to property manage. Excellent communication skills, adept at building productive relationships with colleagues, residents, and stakeholders.
