Risk Analytics Lead/Senior Manager

Arthur is excited to partner with a rapidly growing Lloyd's managing agency with ambitious expansion plans. The company aims for significant growth over the next three years, and the newly created Risk Analytics Lead/Senior Manager role will be pivotal to achieving this objective. This is a highly versatile position where you will oversee all aspects of insurance risk, financial risk, and model validation. Collaborating with the Chief Risk Officer (CRO), you will play a key role in developing and integrating these areas across the organisation. Key skills and experience required: Extensive experience in quantitative risk management, ideally within the Lloyd’s or wider insurance/reinsurance sectors. Strong expertise in capital modelling, Solvency II, and the Lloyd’s regulatory framework. A strategic, analytical mindset. Qualifications: A degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Statistics, or similar). Professional qualifications such as FIA, CERA, or CFA are highly preferred.
