About the Role: We are seeking a Senior D365 CE Project Manager to lead high-profile Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects within the Public Sector. This role combines client-facing responsibilities with hands-on project management, ensuring the successful delivery of transformative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage client relationships and maintain strong stakeholder engagement. Lead and deliver D365 CE projects, ensuring they meet customer expectations and defined KPIs. Support clients in developing Agile delivery capabilities. Create and manage detailed project plans, including time and cost estimates. Coordinate internal and external resources for seamless project execution. Track project progress, manage risks and issues (RAID logs), and provide clear, timely reporting. Ensure quality of delivery aligns with customer requirements and project objectives. Actively participate in pre-sales engagements to contribute to high-quality sales proposals. Proactively identify and resolve project challenges, ensuring successful outcomes. Qualifications and Experience: Extensive experience delivering D365 CE and Power Platform projects. Strong client-facing and internal communication skills. Proficiency in project management methodologies, with PMP or PRINCE II certification preferred. Experience with Agile methodologies.
