Contract Manager

About the Company A leading Oil & Gas EPC contractor is seeking an experienced Subcontractor Manager to join a dynamic team for a long-term contract on a processing plant project based in Surrey. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage large EPCM package contracts and site services agreements for the project. Prepare and issue comprehensive tender documentation, ensuring all packages are complete and viable. Lead tender clarification meetings and facilitate communication with tenderers. Manage the issuance of contracts, including preparation of relevant documentation. Oversee technical and commercial negotiations, ensuring timely evaluations and strategy execution. Conduct post-award contract management, ensuring successful project delivery. Lead contract close-out processes. Report on contract progress through project systems, from pre-award to post-award. Qualifications BSc or equivalent in a legal, business, or engineering discipline (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, etc.). Essential EPCM experience in Oil & Gas projects. Minimum 7 years’ experience in contract development and execution within the Oil & Gas sector.
