Start Date: Immediate - Long-term About the Role You will be assigned to a suitable classroom where you will be able to meet the needs of the students. It is imporant that you work as part of a team to ensure that all children are learning in a safe and inclusive learning environment. It may be required for you to support students on a 1-1 or small group basis. What You'll Do Provide personal, social and academic development. Use your expertise to manage challenging behavior effectively. Acknowledge learning / development gaps and contribute to implementing measures to fill these gaps. What We're Looking For Proven experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting. Strong understanding of various SEN conditions, including Autism, ADHD, and more. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and flexible approach to meeting the needs of each child. Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) are desirable.
