Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a dedicated Tax Trainee to join a professional services team, where the focus is on learning and developing skills in the tax department. Client Details Our client is a well established accountancy practice based on the outskirts of Woking. Description Assist with the preparation of tax returns and computations. Develop an understanding of UK tax legislation and its application. Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions. Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions on tax matters. Participate in training and development activities to enhance tax knowledge. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. Support with other administrative tasks as required. Profile A successful Tax Trainee should have: A university degree or equivalent in a related field. 6-12 months tax experience is advantageous. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A keen interest in developing a career in tax within the professional services industry. The ability to work effectively as part of a team. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive approach to learning and development. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Job Offer A competitive salary within the range of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum. ATT study package. A supportive and collaborative work environment.
