Mentoring and developing finance department staff. Profile A successful 'Interim Financial Controller' should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or similar. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
