This position will work the 2nd Shift (16:48 to 02:02) at the Campo Largo, PR unit with a fixed term of 6 months, which may be renewed. Job Profile / Activities: Supervise a diverse team of approximately 35 people. Ensure the safety of all team members. Ensure achievement of quality, deadline, and cost indicators. Evaluate problems and seek effective solutions. Develop team members to ensure they can perform their tasks effectively. Assess risks and report opportunities. Meet production plans. Basic Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a team leader in production processes, preferably in the metal-mechanic industry. Computer Skills: Intermediate Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). English: Pre-intermediate Knowledge: Lean Manufacturing, Office Package Quality Management: Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques. Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems. Planning and Organization: Knowledge of planning and organizing tasks and resources. Process Improvement: Understanding of current quality evaluation and continuous improvement of processes. Talent Management: Knowledge of human resources processes and talent management. Manufacturing Operations: Knowledge of manufacturing operations; ability to perform daily operations of a manufacturing plant. Manufacturing Safety: Knowledge of safety in manufacturing; ability to identify work-related risks. Production Training: Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for providing training on safe and efficient operation of production machines.
