Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: First point of contact for employee and the client Recruit and select candidates according to the clients requirements Managing the onboarding process of new employees in respect of induction and documentation Organize and maintain employee files Provide clerical and administrative support to the client and our Head Office Monitoring employees time and attendance and if necessary, take corrective action Responsible for the timeous submission of hours and relevant payroll documentation Managing IOD incidents, completing the relevant claim forms and submission of documentation to Head office Successful Candidate will need to have the following: Intermediate Computer Skills in MS Office, Excel and Word Valid driver's license and roadworthy vehicle Strong administrative skills High level of confidentiality Excellent interpersonal skills Strong communication skills both written and verbal Ability to work part of a team Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
