Implementation Engineer

Requirements: - A bachelors degree is preferred - Experience with Aderant Expert software - Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or Azure Fundamentals - Microsoft Certified: SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) Associate - ITIL Foundation Certification (for understanding service management) - VMware Certified Professional (VCP) if familiar with virtualization - Microsoft Certified: PowerShell Automation and Scripting - Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certifications - Certifications in Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Python Developer) Key Responsibilities - Implement software solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements. - Conduct quality assurance checks on implemented solutions. - Provide technical consultation to project teams and clients. - Develop and maintain documentation for technical solutions and implementation processes. - Facilitate system upgrades and ensure smooth transitions. - Assist with technical support as needed during implementations. - Research and resolve client technical issues promptly. - Utilize SQL for data reporting and analysis to support client needs.
