Sharepoint Developer

Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SharePoint Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and managing SharePoint-based solutions, leveraging tools like Nintex, Power Platform, and other related technologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless system integration, and delivering innovative solutions to support business objectives Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint applications, workflows, and solutions using SharePoint Online and on-premises environments. - Customize SharePoint sites, web parts, lists, libraries, and content types to enhance functionality and improve user experience. - Develop custom solutions using SPFx, JavaScript, React, PowerShell, and C#. - Build workflows and forms using Nintex Workflow, Nintex Forms, and Power Automate. - Implement and manage integrations between SharePoint and external systems using tools like Nintex, Azure Logic Apps, and REST APIs. - Create robust solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). - Migrate legacy systems to SharePoint using migration tools like ShareGate or other industry-standard solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize business impact. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. - Ensure compliance with security and governance policies for SharePoint implementations. - Provide user training, technical support, and detailed documentation for solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development (SharePoint Online and/or on-premises). - Proficiency in Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms development and administration. - Expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, React, and other modern web technologies. - Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI). - Experience integrating SharePoint with third-party applications using REST APIs and other technologies. - Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell for SharePoint administration and customization. - Solid understanding of migration tools such as ShareGate, Metalogix, or similar. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
