VoIP Developer - C/C++ Programming

Position : VoIP Developer Location : Chennai, India Experience : 5-8 Years Are you passionate about Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) development? Do you have strong expertise in C++ programming and debugging in a multi-threaded environment? Join our team to work on cutting-edge VoIP services for ONTs/Home devices Your Role : As a VoIP Developer, you will be responsible for : - Designing and developing VoIP services for home devices. - Feature development and bug fixing. - Conducting unit and functional testing. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions. What We're Looking For ; Key Skills and Expertise : - Proficient in C/C++ : Strong development and debugging in multi-process/threaded environments. - VoIP Protocols : Deep understanding of SIP, H.248, VoLTE, T38, RTP/RTCP, QoS, DSP, voice codecs, RFC2833, and management protocols (OMCI, TR098/TR104). - Tools Expertise : Proficient with SIPP, Wireshark, Valgrind, GDB, and memory profiling tools. - Linux & Networking : Strong Linux knowledge, IPC techniques, kernel/user space understanding, and networking fundamentals (IPv4/IPv6, TCP/IP, L2/L3). - Hardware Interfaces : Knowledge of RJ11, Z-interface specs, and SoC architectures (32-bit/64-bit). Additional Advantage : - Experience with GPON technologies. Testing Expertise (Desirable) : - Hands-on experience in VoIP product testing and tools (Spirent, Abacus). - Automation knowledge using Python/Shell, frameworks like Robot/Selenium. Educational Background : - Bachelor's or higher in Telecommunication, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
