Oracle HCM/Cloud Consultant - OTL Module

Job Description : Location : PAN India(Work from office in hybrid mode) Role Overview : We are seeking a skilled HCM Cloud Consultant with in-depth expertise in the Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) module and a comprehensive understanding of the hire-to-retire cycle. The candidate must have experience in at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, of which at least 2 must involve HCM Cloud. This is a hybrid work opportunity, with flexibility to work from office locations across India. Key Responsibilities : HCM Cloud Expertise : - Leverage domain knowledge in HCM processes covering the entire hire-to-retire cycle. - Participate in and lead end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations, ensuring seamless integration and delivery. - Provide expertise on the Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) module and its configuration. Business Process Understanding : - Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes, workflows, and data flows. - Conduct business process analysis and recommend solutions that align with client objectives. Client Interaction & Delivery : - Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops to capture client needs effectively. - Collaborate with clients in system design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing functional issues and guiding through solution implementation. Team Leadership & Coordination : - Mentor and guide team members, allocate work, and monitor project progress. - Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans. - Lead by example, demonstrating strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Communication & Collaboration : - Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client management. - Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team. - Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. Key Skills & Qualifications : Mandatory Expertise : - Hands-on experience with Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) module. - A proven track record of at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, including 2 with HCM Cloud. Additional Skills : - Strong client-facing skills with the ability to engage in workshops and discussions effectively. - Excellent leadership, planning, and mentoring capabilities. - Proficient in problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating. - Organizational awareness with sensitivity to client needs and project timelines (ref:hirist.tech)
