Application Support Lead - Incident Management

Job Description : Role : Application Support Lead. Pharmaceuticals client is looking to bring in an Application Support Lead supporting several Project and Portfolio Management business partners within their BRM space. This role is a mix of Functional and Technical work (70/30) Portfolio and Project Manager group so background in a PMO would be great. Scrum master or PM toolset. Responsibilities : - Collaborate with business partners, vendors, and internal teams to maintain, enhance, and optimize the PPM portfolios. - Analyze business strategies, processes, and requirements to identify opportunities for technological improvement and drive service delivery needs. - Manage and influence platform/product lifecycles and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements. - Apply service management processes (e., incident, problem, change management) and lead security and quality initiatives. - Partner with product architects to assess, plan, and deliver platform/product-related projects, ensuring stability and compliance. Qualifications : - Proficient in Agile practices, ITIL v4 processes (e., ServiceNow), and programming/scripting languages (e., Java, Python). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for continuous learning and mentoring. - Experience managing vendor relationships, influencing stakeholders, and implementing process improvements. - Technical expertise in AWS, Microsoft Power Platforms, and database analytics tools (e., SQL). - Skilled in written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences, with experience in regulated environments.
